Viktorija Katilienė

Viktorija is leading Claims department in Baltic countries at 'Gjensidige', ADB. She has 16 years’ experience in claims, having started her insurance career as an in-house lawyer, with dispute resolution and legal process as her areas of specialization. Later she managed Claims process & Control unit in one of the leading insurance companies in Lithuania. She was responsible for claims processes efficiency, partners' network management and claims fraud investigation. Prior to starting her career in insurance industry, she worked in a law firm.
