Karolina Kozłowska-Kawycz

Karolina has over 25 years of experience in finance and risk management across leading institutions. She currently serves as Chief Risk Officer at PKO Ubezpieczenia, having previously held the same position at the Warta Group. She also actively supports and coordinates ESG initiatives. Her professional achievements have been recognized with the For Merits to Insurance distinction awarded by the Polish Insurance Chamber, where she continues to play an active role in shaping the market. She holds globally recognized professional designations: Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a member of the THINKTANK Executive Network. Karolina earned degrees from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Szczecin and the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology, where she also completed an MBA with a specialization in Cybersecurity Management. She is a scholarship recipient of the Central European Foundation and the Polish American Fulbright Commission (University of Illinois) and participated in the TEMPUS program in Portugal and the United Kingdom. In addition, she lectures at the University of Warsaw.
