Edyta Konarzewska-Skubis

Edyta has over 25 years of experience managing customer and agent service teams and has been involved in the insurance sector almost from the beginning of her career. She participated in the implementation of new entities on the Polish market, creating modern processes and organizing support for sales networks at companies from the Norwich Union and Sampo groups. She was responsible for building operational solutions supporting the effective integration of sales networks cooperating with entities acquired as part of the merger at the Nordea Group insurance company. Since 2015, she has been with PKO Ubezpieczenia, where she currently is Director of Operations, simultaneously responsible for the implementation and development of robotics and business process automation for the entire organization. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Leon Kozminski University, where she completed postgraduate studies in Business Process Automation. Her goal is to provide PKO Ubezpieczenia clients and intermediaries with the best possible experience in digitized and efficient processes, a goal she achieves thanks to her extensive professional experience combined with a personal passion and interest in modern technologies.
