Djordje’s career began in risk engineering and underwriting, gradually evolving into leadership roles in reinsurance and portfolio management. His expertise includes structuring complex insurance and reinsurance programs, improving portfolio profitability, and building long-term partnerships with clients, brokers, and reinsurers. With deep knowledge of both technical and commercial aspects of insurance, he has played a key role in driving operational efficiency and product innovation. Djordje holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Belgrade and brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry.
