Mr. Arturo Lopez-Linares is currently the Head Of claims at Axa Spain. His mission at Axa Seguros is to provide solutions to clients, distributors and victims who are affected by an accident. Offering a differential experience during claim management, guaranteeing that it is executed with a scalable and efficient model and doing so while ensuring a differential experience in their teams are their great challenges. With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance sector, he has developed his entire career at AXA Seguros, performing various strategic activities always linked to the Claim and with a direct impact on financial performance and process efficiency. Thus, he has participated in multiple projects directly linked to the quality of service, the evolution of Contact Centers, the fight against fraud, the technological transformation of management or the activation of operational models that ensure the profitability of the claim.
